When i take a drink of water or swallow saliva, i begin coughing like it went down the wrong way and then i pass out. happens often, am concerned.

See doctor: The passing out after coughing is likely due to vagal stimulation from the coughing. The more concerning thing is the fact you aspirate that frequently. See your doctor and they can order a swallow study, and take a better history to see if any other tests are indicated.
