Is dizzy spells normal for women going thru perimenopause, not sure if pregnant also starting bleeding after no period since oct 2011, pain in stomach?

See a doctor: Even if you are approaching menopause, there is a chance you might be pregnant. Dizziness is not a common symptom of menopause. You should consider seeing a physician for a full workup of your bleeding, pain, and dizziness.Post- menopausal bleeding should always be evaluated with endometrial biopsy.

No: Dizzy spells are not a usual symptom of perimenopause. You should be checked by your doctor, especially if there is a chance of pregnancy. A tubal pregnancy can cause internal bleeding and stomach pains that can lead to feeling faint or dizzy. It is a very serious, potentially life-threatening condition, so if your pregnancy test is positive, you should be seen in the er.
