Cannot diagnose: But this sounds as if you should be seen by a doctor, examined and diagnosed and managed based upon what may be going on. This could be an acute viral illness, a tick-borne disease, or one of a dozen other diagnoses. You should be seen sooner than later. Good luck and hope this clears up quickly.
