Fat cells and Alcoho: Fatty molecules are often made in excess when one is drinking alcohol. Most alcohol calories are sugars which is the main cause of fatty cell growth. I do not know of any physiology that would say alcohol causes lipolysis in adipose tissue. It is most likely to add to adipose tissue.
