Many causes of : Lip numbness. May be nerve (5th cranial nerve, 3rd distribution) or may be higher up (at brainstem on right or in brain in left sensory strip). If nerve may be trigeminal neuralgia, but usually with pain. Other nerve issues may be from dental problems or neuropathy from meds, vascular disease, or diabetes, etc. If brainstem/brain, could be vascular, or benign/malignant tumor. Need a work up!
