Crystal ball?: You have given very scant information so it is hard to provide much of an answer, but... Looking ahead, if it remains or returns in the near future, you probably would be smart to talk to a psychotherapist about it in detail. There are effective treatments both with and without medications for many anxiety conditions. It is good to get it under control for your body and your quality of life. Best!
