Seems very good,,: A reading anywhere between 60 and 110 umol/l is considered normal in adult men and would likely be ideal in a recently transplanted kidney. Other tests may be needed, like bun(blood urinary nitrogen), and regular check-ups, but this is apparently a great start. Best of luck.
