Can dandruff cause rash on top of back because i have flakes in my hair and redness on my scalp i'm trying anti dandruff shampoo and conditioner to help but just wanted to know if that could cause that little redness and itchiness on my back?

It is quite likely that you have seborrheic dermatitis of the scalp. If you can't control the condition with daily cleansing with a gentle soap and shampoo, you should consult a dermatologist for accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment as well as follow-up care.
