24 and still have very sore acne, tried creams, tablets etc from the doctors, nothing helps and its really affecting my confidence, what can i do/try?

Keep trying: Presently you list no acne medications. Often the oral contraceptive pill, if you can take it, will make acne disappear. A female with acne this severe may have a male hormonal excess that itself may be addressable. You have not indicated what meds you have tried, but if acne is painful, it's likely it may only respond to Isotretinoin from a dermatologist. Good luck; it should be possible to clear.
