Which type of treatments are there for adhd?

Several: There are no proven herbal aids or supplements that, despite their advertising, improve add/adhd.There are proven tools such as allowing more time for the task, minimizing ditractions , etc that may help. And proven medications such as concerta, Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) etc that help some people.See a trained expert for help.

Medications: Excellent question! adhd is a clinical medical illness that is primarily a genetically inherited condition. When this goes untreated for years or decades, psychological complications may complicated the picture. In my practice, and consistent with research, the best treatments are medications produced for this condition. They are very effective and safe. Psychotherapy may be very helpful also.
