Sexual side effects: Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) has been associated with sexual side effects such as erectile dysfunction, impotence and decreased sex drive. Since the incidence of these side effects is so infrequent, it is often no easy to determine if it a sside effect of Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) or some other cause. Speak to your doctor about changing the dose, changing the medication an erectile dysfunction medication or testosterone supplement.
