If no elevated BP and possible symptoms as shortness of breath, fatique diziness , may warrant heart examination as this could be signs of cardiac heart failure secondary to myocarditis.

Either way: In the least -- you need to note this in the history, because it can reoccur with subsequent pregnancies preeclampsia/eclampsia syndrome is a medical condition that warrant a comprehensive medical evaluation and it has familial tendency -- meaning genetic preponderance, can occur in other (female) family members in different generations.
