Rush: If you are self-harming and you feel a rush or high, or you feel numb, then you're dealing with a quite serious issue. I wouldn't call it an addiction, it's more like a bad coping mechanism. Find a support group for cutters or a therapist that can help you find healthy ways to cope with what your going through.
