A member asked:

Is there a reason why i am always tired no matter how much sleep i get?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

See doctor: Although it could be from poor sleep like sleep apnea or not entering deep sleep well due to meds, caffeine, alcohol, or drugs, you could also have a medical problem that's making you tired. Low thyroid, mono, anemia, and many other things can be easily ruled out with simple blood work. Depression is probably one of the most common reasons for fatigue so check on that too.
