Goosebumps: Goosebumps have nothing to do with cleanliness. They are a result of a very small muscle around the base of a hair follicle that causes stiffening of the hair and follicle called "piloerection." your body does this most often when you feel cold as part of an effort to warm you up, but can also happened when alarmed or scared.

Not likely: Difficult to know exactly what you mean by goosebump-like pimples. So-called gooseflesh is an autonomic reaction to the pilo-erector muscles in your skin and has nothing to do with cleanliness. If you could describe these in more detail it would be helpful. Also include the duration, associated symptoms and circumstances.
