Indication : I can't speak for your physician. However, this medication is for adhd, not for depression. Using it off label for that purpose would be way down on the list for most psychiatrists.

Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine): Not likely for a certified physician to prescribe controlled substances like Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) to be used off-label.
