Discuss your sx's: With your physician. Let him/her know the effectiveness of your Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) and the duration of effect. I don't think you can "get" (make) your doctor to do anything. However, if medically appropriate ; if you aren't having problems with tolerance - i would think it would be considered. Psychiatrists are also familiar with these medications ; are sometimes more comfortable with off label/higher.
