Probably shouldn't: While many people are dependent on sleeping pills, it's often due to the fact that a physician hasn't taken a thorough history to try to get to the root of the insomnia. Try and get a referral to a board-certified sleep specialist. Often times sleeping pills are only masking an underlying problem that, when addressed appropriately, will get rid of the need for the sleeping pills.
