Probably not: The link between caffeine and acne, if there is any, isn't obvious. It's the world's most popular drug, and perhaps the safest, and you'd do best to ignore anti-coffee militants. The key is that all acne can be managed nowadays, either with topical benzoyl peroxide or simple prescription meds. Best wishes.
