What can i do to clear my back acne?

Serious Rx: You can't do it on your own, and home remedies and topical benzoyl peroxide probably won't touch it. Your physician can probably clear you in about two weeks with a systemic antibiotic that's right for you, perhaps tetracycline 500 2x/day. If this fails and you're offered isotretinoin, accept it.

Minocycline: Is a broad-spectrum tetracycline antibiotic, a long-acting one used mainly to treat acne. Obtain further advise from a dermatologist regarding treatment options.
