LPR: Absolutely! larygopharyngeal reflux (lpr) typcially causes frequent throat clearing or cough, the sensation that something is stuck in the throat and a rough-quality to the voice. A tickle falls in line with the foreign body sensation, which we frequently call globus sensation. If you are having this, you should have someone look at you and make sure. Treatment is quite effective.
