Last resort: You are too young for dentures. Dentures are a last resort, done only if there are no other options.So. If you can treat your teeth and save them, this is worth it. If your teeth are in such bad shape, unusual for someone of your age, and they need to be removed then get implants. Talk to a dentist about all of your choices before you make any decision. Good luck.

Some advice: From a dentist who has been practicing for over 40 years and has seen almost everything, the good, the bad and the ugly: dr. Eleczko gave you some great advice. The biggest issue here is that I have yet to see a patient who thinking that getting all their teeth out was the best solution for them at the time, whether the decision was motivated by money, pain or frustration, were happy in the end.

No.: Not unless you have no other choice to save the teeth. Have a consult with a gum specialist (periodontist) to make sure.

Dentures: Hi, as dentists, we always will try to save the patient's teeth. There are certain situations where your teeth will not be able to be saved: *severe periodontal disease: bone loss *rampant decay: tooth is decayed so much it is no longer fixable * small amount of remaining teeth: if only a few teeth are left, partial dentures do not fit / stay well in the mouth. Full dentures would be better.

Perhaps: If the teeth are salvageable then the answer is no. The question is why you are considering this. You need to discuss this with your dentist who can better advise you. However, as a general rule, keep your teeth as long as possible if possible.
