Two ways to.........: False teeth as in dentures can usually be inserted at the same time that the teeth are removed. However, there is more discomfort, a greater cost and many more visits to condition, reline and often remake them at a later date. You can wait until the gums are healed enough (4-8 weeks) but most people don't want to go without teeth; a similar scenario for fixed permanent teeth.

Not necessarily: There is an option for "immediate dentures". This treatment involves some visits before your extractions. Following your extractions, the dentures are placed immediately. They are adjusted that day and stay in all night. The next day your prosthodontist will remove them and make any further adjustments. From then on, you will remove them at night. After about 6 months, you will need a reline.

It is possible: I would visit your dentist to see what options exist for your situation. The dentist can determine what is best in replacing the missing teeth. If you do not have a dentist consider asking friends for a recommendation or search online for favorable reviews.
