Healthy LIfestyle: Over the counter weight loss pills are not effective. The ingredients in them are also not regulated by the fda, so you do not know what you are actually getting. They can be harmful to your health. The best way to lose weight is through creating a healthy lifestyle in which you exercise & eat 3-6 nutritious meals/snacks daily containing lean protein, grains, colorful fruits & veggies & some fats.

No one best pill.: Healthy lifestyle is better than pills. The following are FDA approved: Alli, Xenical (orlistat),Meridia (sibutramine), Adipex-P (phentermine) & Sanorex (mazindol). To lose weight insure that calories burned > calories consumed. Drink at least 8 -8 oz glasses of water per day. Try for 8 hours of sleep/night. Aim for at least 5 servings of vegetables & 4 servings of fruit
