Diet pills: There are many diet pills available but almost all of them have bad side effects. There is nothing better than eating the right food observing correct calorie counts for age, drinking lots of water and engaging in at least one hour of strenuous physical activity a day. Refrain from all kinds of soda and juices.

Diet pills: Hi, rx diet pills are not the first steps in managing weight loss, neither is bariatric surgery. I believe you know to monitor your food intake by writing a journal, increasing activity levels etc.In my experience, at this time, phentermine, has the best success. This medication should only be prescribed by a physician who specializes in wt loss and monitors patients at least monthly. See asbp web.
