Nasal Fracture: A broken nose or nasal fracture is a clinical diagnosis. The diagnosis is made by palpating or feeling the nasal bones for swelling, step off, pain or obvious deformity. Sometimes patients have other injuries in association. When there are other injuries, sometimes you might get a ct scan. If the nose is an isolated injury, xrays are not necessary. See an ENT to ensure best treatment.
