Stuffy nose: Saline nasal spray/gel can help flush mucus & germs out. Netti pot using distilled or sterile boiled water can irrigate nose & sinuses to relieve congestion. If sinus passages are swollen (symptoms are pain & sinus pressure, headache) decongestant like sudafed (otc) can shrink membranes to allow drainage & relief. Nsaids can relieve pain & inflammation.
