It won't kill you: I'm sorry anybody told you this. In the usa, the tort lawyers have (in my opinion) exaggerated the dangers. If you feel really depressed while taking the medicine, let your physician know. Compared with most medications, and used as directed, Isotretinoin is remarkably safe. But it's not for the faint-hearted and you want to use it only if you truly need it.
