Can not/should not: If the inquiry is about the natural lip pigmentation then you cannot. Some injuries can create a loss of the special tissue that makes the lip and if that is replaced by a skin graft or tissue from nonsimilar areas then that area will look like a lighter patch of issue which does not look good. In these situations the goal is to try and get pigmented tissue back there to correct the deformity.
