Acne meds: Yes, BenzaClin and Retin-A can be mixed. However both may dry and irritate the skin so adjust the use to a level that your skin tolerates, and use a nongreasy daily sun block because Retin-A increases sun sensitivity (risk of sunburn). Also use gentle soap free cleansers (such as aveeno (oatmeal) or cetaphil) to avoid overdrying and irritation.
