A doctor has provided 1 answer

Lots: A few common: itching, nosebleeds, muscle aches, headache, elevated liver enzymes, elevated lipids, ringing in the ears. Major: increased pressure in the head, bone problems, liver toxicity, severe rash, behavior changes, hearing problems, visual disturbances, anemia, kidney problems, and severe birth defects if taken during pregnancy, especially early on. It is not a first line acne treatment.
