Aloe vera : Aloe vera and zinc oxide are inexpensive ways to soothe and treat the burn from a blister. Once the blister base isn't "raw" anymore, the sensitivity will subside.

Petroleum Jelly: Consider putting petroleum jelly on the burn, now that it's heat has dissipated. This will seal the area, reducing the chance of infection & keep the skin supple (no cracking) by preventing evaporation. Healing won't happen any faster, but the p.J. Won't delay it either. But, putting p.J. On a fresh burn will trap the heat underneath and adding to discomfort and burn spread.
