It partially drains.: If you have an abscessed tooth, popping the bubble will not cure the problem. The source will not go away. An antibiotic will not cure the problem. Please see your dentist to have this treated properly. Treatment may include a root canal, extraction, or a deep cleaning. Please seek treatment. It is not healthy to maintain an infection. More serious problems may result.

Nothing: You only drain what's collected in that bubble from the abcessed tooth, which is going to fill up again and again turning into a chronic infection that is more complicated, see a dentist asap and take care of that tooth.
