It's ok.: An abortion can lead to varying sx's. You could pass blood clots vaginally (red, maroon, brown or black) or have intermittent or continuous spotting for up to 3 weeks. You may have no vaginal bleeding. You may have back / abdominal cramps for up to 6 weeks. Woman may feel more emotional for 2 to 3 weeks. Nipple discharge can occur. Most pregnancy sxs resolve in 1 to 7 days.
