Need more info: I'm guessing you are talking about a medical abortion or medical treatment of miscarriage. If so, it may not have been successful, you will need to follow up with your doc. Call them. Sometimes a second dose of Misoprostol is needed. If you had a d;c and this is afterwards, it could be totally normal.
