Insufficient: Information. Masses within the liver can be benign or malignant. You may need an MRI to get more information.

Incomplete workup: Assuming this was an unexpected finding in a ct done for another purpose (i would guess to evaluate for pulmonary embolism), the ct technique was not optimal to evaluate for liver lesions. Given your age, the liver lesion is probably benign, but requires further workup. Please contact your doctor for an imaging plan. Liver ultrasound could be first, but multiphase ct or MRI may be required.

Needs further eval: There are many types of potential masses in the liver. Most, in your age group, are benign. A CT angiogram alone would not be diagnostic for most liver masses. If your doctor was concerned, this could be further evaluated with ultrasound, a different type of CT scan or MRI.
