What should i expect when getting moles checked/removed?

Exam importance: Annual or more frequent examinations, with a well-trained dermatologist, oculofacial surgeon, facial plastic surgeon, or plastic surgeon, of any unusual appearing skin abnormality, pigmented growth, or any skin lesion that has undergone progressive change (in size, color, character) is very important. Some "moles" are benign but other lesions may be malignant. Early diagnosis/biopsy is critical!
