Not for sure: Increased blood flow to breasts, and thus more prominent veins, can certainly happen with pregnancy, but can also happen with other hormonal changes related to the menstrual cycle. So these in and of themselves does not indicate you ar pregnant. Since you are approaching your period date, take a pregnancy test if you want to know for sure.

Not necessarily.: Blue veins around the nipple and on the breasts can increase with pregnancy but are not an indication of being pregnant. Veins on the breast can occur for many reasons including genetics, levels of hydration, body temperature and stress. These veins tend to be more prominent in fair skinned women and and usually a variations of normal findings.
