Plantar Fascitis: Usually you have pain to inside of heel and arch getting up in mornoing and after rest. Redness not usually seen with it.

No: Arch pain from collapsed arches or flat feet is different than plantar fasciitis. The structure of your foot is now different than how it was before and therefore your shoes or sandals are no longer fitted for your foot type. Blisters develop from shear force, friction and moisture in the area. Treat this with off-loading the arch (inserts or bracing) and moisture control (deodorant). Good luck.

You need to : Determine if the pink blisters are frictional in nature or possibly as a result of fungus. If friction, you need to eliminate the item i.E sneaker that is causing it....If athletes foot, antifungal cream would help.
