Acne: Son, you are at the age when acne is very common due to hormonal changes. If you have just few pimples that are not filled with pus, no black heads, no painful lumps on face or chest then i would suggest start from a topical antibiotic preferably Clindamycin and benzoyl peroxide combination for few weeks. Avoid over using the cream and avoid popping the pimples. If acne keeps getting worse see dr.
