Shiny skin is normal: If your skin is not oily or damaged or rough and irregular it sounds like your skin is just fine and normal.

26 (F), I wash my face every morning (cerave oil free) and every night (Vanicream oil free cleanser) and use moisturizer (hydro-mask neutrogena or Vanicream 35SPF) but I STILL have oily skin by 3pm. It irritates my eyes, what am I doing wrong????
