Yes. In general, Neutrogena, Cetaphil, Cerave, and Aveeno, are brands liked by most Dermatologists because they cause low rate of allergic and irritant reactions. You should use a sunblock every morning as well. Any brand could cause reactions. If you have a rash, discontinue it and see a Dermatologist for recommendations specifically for your skin and your needs.
