Go to a doctor and..: ...Get a strep test. If you have strep, you need an antibiotic. If it's viral there are many homeopathics or home remedies that can make you feel better by controlling symptoms and helping your body fight off the virus. But the bottom line is you need a strep test, and antibiotic is not optional when treating strep.
