I have seizures and currently a cold. do over counter cold meds lower seizure threshold? if not, is there one i can use?

Typically no..: Common cold meds such as advil-cold or tylenol-cold do not have significant seizure threshold lowering effect...But high fever does.

Rx for colds w sz's: Any over the counter medicine is alright to use with medicines to prevent seizures. Dayquil for example might help.
