Fertility specialist: There are clinics or physicians who specialize in this area. Both you and your sexual partner will have to undergo testing to determine where the problem originates and whether or not you need surrogate ovum or sperm donation or there is a surgically remedial problem. There is no way in which this can be addressed on the internet.
