Yeah, it's OK: The most common reason your joints would pop at 16 is not that there is a problem, but that your ligaments are actually quite stretchy yet, as they should be when you are young. Thing of those ligaments and tendons that hold your bones and muscles together as big rubber bands. When you move, they stretch and snap, giving you that "pop" sensation. You are just great!
