Cannabis: Not really sure if this is a serious question. Cannabis is an herb and thus a carbohydrate. It is not high in calories and would have minimal, if any, effect on your liver or the processes involved in regulating cholesterol. But, cannabis does stimulate appetite and you then would be responsible for the extra calories from other foods if you eat more.
