Spotting common: Spotting in early pregnancy is common. The cervix can be very sensitive and an exam in the office or sex may cause a little bleeding. . Unless you have pain, further bleeding or other symptoms, i wouldn't worry now. But call your doctor and see if they want to move up your first prenatal visit.
