Probably ok: At 11 weeks if you were having a miscarriage typically the cramps are significant and the bleeding quite heavy. First a bit of mild cramping is common at this point of pregnancy. If you are still having sex its also common to having some spotting, which can be pink, red or brown for 2-3 days after sex. Cramping after sex for a day or two also common in pregnancy.
