"Waist pain": If by "left side of my waist" you mean your left flank, possibilities include a long list of things, and the list is a bit longer in females. Kidney stone is one possibility. But again, many things can do this. Without more descriptors and detailed qualifiers, the best answers you'll get will be guesses. Re-post with more details.
